Okay! I’m Vanessa Vilegas, 22. College student studying abroad in France. I’m originally from Atlanta Georgia and grew up playing soccer, volleyball and gymnastics in high school. After graduating high school and entering college life I found it difficult to engage in fitness routines without spending a fortune on gym memberships. So over the past two years I have researched and developed fitness plans at home that don’t cost a penny. I have learned how to eat healthy and developed tips and tricks to follow to help stay consistent. I have joined Marco and Jimmy on this fitness blog to share all our tips and tricks to better help YOU, whether you’re on a budget, a college student or just simply don’t have enough time to go to the gym. We are here to help you live a healthier lifestyle!

I’m Hu Yongye, 21. I’m an Chinese International student studying in France for the year. love playing sports. After I stepped into high school, I kept playing basketball and joined the school team but I gradually felt it hard and too easy to hurt myself because I was light and not muscular enough to be able to stand up to the others. I started to discover fitness about four years ago because I saw myself as too “skinny. At that point I decided that a change was necessary and I took up fitness to get a better appearance and be more energetic. Since then, I’ve never looked back on that decision and I won’t stop improving myself. You can do the same, just take the first step and join our family!

Ahoy! I’m Marco Sandri, 21. I’m an Italian international student currently in France. I’m super passionate about sports. I’ve been playing sports since I can remember and having two really sportful parents gave me the opportunity to try a bit of everything and select the best means. I’ve been a gymnast, a swimmer, a boxer, a runner and many more. Sports have always defined my days and are a permanent part of me. This is why I take the matter personally and I’ve made it my objective, together with my friends and colleagues Vanessa and Jimmy, to help others avoid making the same mistakes I made and optimize their time so that you all can get the shape you so dearly desire.
